However, I will not return because of the terrible customer service. I had been twice with a groupon, then came a third time with a groupon and was taken into a room with Amber to discuss my goals. My goal was getting botox in preparation for my wedding, that's it, but by pointing out my "flaws" and all the things I needed to improve for for my wedding, she convinced me to trade in my groupon and apply it to a yearly membership.
The major issue with this (outside of the ethics of a hard sell with a no refund policy) was that for the next year, it was impossible to get in touch with anyone to make an appointment or get any answers. I wanted to verify a charge and multiple emails and calls were ignored. I finally had to physically go to the office to get it resolved. The phone numbers on the website were wrong and no one answered the phone to make appointments. Often I'd enter a completely empty office for my appointment and wait for someone to show up and know what was going on. For some reason, my card wasn't charged one month and I was never notified, but when I went for an appointment I was told I had a huge bill and the membership was frozen so I couldn't get services. Finally, I called months in advance to make sure the plan wouldn't autorenew and was told they were changing systems so I didn't have to do anything and yet of course I continued to be charged for several months and had to dispute with my credit card company. Almost a year later, I'm still getting the monthly invoices.
